Shipbuilding projects can be complex and uniquely specific, with bespoke contracts and multiple parties involved. Therefore, it is not unusual for differences to develop between the Shipbuilder and Vessel Buyer, other interested parties.
With our unprecedented knowledge and experience of the cruise and passenger shipbuilding process, we are able to provide formal or informal dispute resolution mechanisms to our clients, including mediation and arbitration, amongst others.
Our Principal Consultant is a Chartered Engineer, who is also fully qualified as both a Maritime Arbitrator and a Mediator, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a member of the Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group and a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. He has also been accredited as a Mediator in Hong Kong.
We are also able to offer expert witness services or technical consultancy to parties navigating existing disputes.

We are a specialized consultancy serving the cruise industry, providing expert technical support and strategic guidance to both shipbuilders and ship owners.
Our services span the entire lifecycle of shipbuilding projects — from pre-contract planning and negotiations through to design, construction and delivery of vessels.
For shipyards, we streamline construction processes, ensure compliance, and integrate advanced technologies. For operators, we deliver solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and passenger experience.
With deep expertise in contract management and shipbuilding activities, we help our clients build and operate world-class cruise vessels with confidence and precision.
